Again, if it does happen - I'm all in favour of auctioning off the VIP day out and signed shirt etc, and putting the proceeds into the red army fund.

I think it would be nice to donate the shirt / matchday tickets / VIP Day to the Trust/RAF and Supporters' Club in some combination as they could probably raise more money either by auctioning them off or by using them as an incentive / prize draw to join or some other type of fundraising stuff.

If they want the stuff and we all agree of course  Tongue

How many people get to go on the VIP day? I think we should give Whits one of the places for his hard work and raffle the rest off via the forum, same with the tickets and shirt. Any money raised from the raffle can be split between the supporters club and the trust, maybe?

2 you cant make Whits go on his own, though I have no problem with anything  that happens to any of it.

I agree with Mrs Spacey.

I think some of us should have the opportunity of going on the VIP day though. I'd like to go  Oops

I'm with Sonic, I bet none of the other sponsers use it as an opportunity to make money for the club, or what not.

We've put the money in, we should be the ones to enjoy the day out etc.

I also concur that Whits should be one of the people to enjoy the benefits, without his uber cool suggestion we wouldn't even be discussing this.

3 cheers for Whits. Beers  Beers  Beers

Frankly, I don't begrudge Sonic an entry even considering he's been tight with this mamouth mission. Wink

Let's face it he's put a lot of work in and deserves a shot, perhaps a vote for it if anyone objects to him being in on it?

Still, it does seem a shame for a couple of us to benefit when the Trust and Supporters' Club will miss out on an opportunity to ultimately help the club.....
