I like my morning bacon sandwich with no butter. But as you know I'm a bit of a health freak.

I really struggle with butter in the mornings (or when I've just woken up). Not even that bothered the rest of the time. If I'm eating a hot cross bun or a muffin or something then I prefer a slab of cold butter on the top. Something about the dripping of melted butter puts me off.
