If Avon & Somerset don't meet us at Temple Meads, we can all 'mob up' there They will theres no doubting that, whether they let us go to Montpelier is a different story though. :? Have to say that is concerning me a bit.I can imagine the police just lumping us all together in the nearest pub regardless of the fact that we've got tickets to go to Montpelier. If that happens we'll probably end up getting to the game with half of the match gone due to the slowness of the police escort we'll be forced to go in

We'll offer the police some sweeties. I'd sooner go in the escort than give the pigs any of my sweets Besides which i've only got one bag of Sainsburies chocolate eclairs, they won't last the train journey to Temple meads with you and your fag cravings around

You guys really should go in the escort, it will be much safer than trying your luck yourself.

Anyone travelling to Filton abbey wood theres a couple of quality pubs on the way to the ground, the wellington and the inn on the green. both ale pubs by the looks of it for the old man ale drinking contingent on here... that'll be me then. there'll be a few of us travelling from Bath in one or other or both from one oclock ish (after a morning session in Bath)

You guys really should go in the escort, it will be much safer than trying your luck yourself. Yep!!! Couldnt agree more Ash. Being in a big police escort is far safer than walking the streets. I think it will be like the last time we played oxford away. Police at swindon and on the train. Then police escort at bristol and they decide where we drink. they provided buses for us at that oxford game. Spud - Scotty's phone is going straight to answer phone which is annoying. Anyway, he was wrong on the times. Its either the 9.40 or the 10.40 we have to get. Which shall we go for?

I've just checked on National Rail enquiries: The 9.40 you have to make a change and takes longer. Definately a 10am, takes 45 mins.

I just checked the times from Swindon to Bristol Parkway, what route is that taking?
