My worry is that the board will come out this week and say 'this money will be used to pay the CVA' and then come the summer they will still be attempting to renegotiate the CVA because the transfer fee was used to cover "unforeseen losses".

I doubt that they will get ALL the money up front, so cva re-negotiation on the strenght of the Lucas money will be the order of the day no doubt.
