Srurrock said no?!

Well he's got something to answer for at the fans forum then as he obviously has no concerns for travelling fans. Thanks Paul you can pay for mine and all the other fans travel expenses for the wasted journey today then.

Would you rather them playing on a heavy pitch then picking up stupid injuries?

I certainly woudln't. Plus, as has been said before, Rochdale are on form at the moment.

plus our best centre back was a doubt and after Williams we have NO ONE!

other teams do it.......i'd rather have a week between matches than have to play 3 matches in 8 days as we will have to soon. Plus our form in night fixures hasn't been great with Mansfield a prime example.

Williams or not I'd of liked us to play today as now it 2 weeks of our last match being a defeat. The players should of been up for it today to get back on track

Well at some point point we are going to need another centre back so today would have been as good a time as any to try that new guy if needs must. At some point Ifil or Williams won't be available so the problem is going to happen.

the new guy who plays right back?

Ifil and Williams have played most games this season so far, no reason why they should suddenly start missing games now

what a ridiculous comment.do you think sturrock would have asked for the game to be called off without good reason?
after hearing the awful weather reports last night from the midlands upwards, i had serious doubts the game would go ahead.

According to everyone from Rochdale the pitch was playable and it now seems only Sturrock wanted it called off. As for the new guy Sturrock said he can also play centre back

Old legs get tired, at some point Williams will pick up a strain or something and Ifil will end up suspended at some point and his next suspension in a minimum 2 match ban.

Look I aint being funny but if we've only got 2 centre backs then we find ourselves in a stupid position. We released Comwyn-Platt so must have cover, if not then Sturrocks caused his own problems.
