i had to drive home through the thames.

on a serious note, what's it like in swindon? if we have another couple of nights rain could the pitch be waterlogged?

SY Its been  very squally in Swindonia.....very heavy when it rains, but some relatively dry intervals.....given  the same for tomorrow, I'd have thought it should be OK., much worse and there'll be a problem.

that's next to the maybush at newbridge. i was driving past raf brize norton yesterday and the road is flooded there as well.

I like a good Thames flooding.....will have to go and do a bit of walking out there on Sunday (not in the water i hasten to add)

From a personal pespective I'd be delighted if it was off, as I can't make the game.  Football wise after last week I think we need a game to give us the chance to kick on.

I remember my Dad windsurfing on a flooded North Meadow in Cricklade one year.

Probably illegal now, and he's a bit old for it as well  Cheesy

It only takes a light shower for that place to flood.
