Involved in a three car pile up yesterday morning on the way to swindon.

Think the car's gonna be written off by the insurance company.

Probably get only a few hundred quid off them......

What a shit weekend......

Presumably you are OK though?

It is a pain in the arse, expensive, etc. But at the end of the day it's a just a car and could have been a lot worse.

I managed to limp the car to my lads in swindon, then went by coach to palace.

The problem is that I won't get enough from the insurers to buy another car, which I need to get to swindon to see my lad and watch the footy.

Which means getting another fucking loan....

What's the point of insurance firms asking you the value of your car, if they never give you anywhere near the amount you put on it?

Fucking leeches.

Hope you're OK.

But if it's a write off why'd you involve the insurance company?

In Luxembourg apparently if a car is written off, the insurance company pay out the value of the car when it was brand new. Not sure if this is true or not but insurance over here is pretty expensive.

Cos I'm fully comp and they'll give me what they feel was the value of the car before the crash.

Sorry about your crash Steve.

You sound ok though which is the main thing.

I have this feeling that I have jinxed you with things four wheeled.  Sad

I think that you should gather some autotrader/dealer advert evidence so that you can reject there fist offer with good reason should it be too low.
