I'm sat up college and a rather geeky looking chap, is still pimping the old school side partings, (he also has a knitted wool jumper on) but are side partings back like a cool retro hairstyle (like a mc hammer kind of cool) or just plain 90's (take that style)??

I don't know about side-partings, but knitted wooly jumpers are definitely 'IN'. As more old man as possible. Christmas jumpers too, the worse the design the better.

I briefly flirted with the idea, before opting for the old faithful of a Grade 2. Tomorrow, i shall mostly be shopping for woolly hats

I've got a fine collection of old man jumpers, mainly because I'm an old man. Nevertheless, some are starting to look a bit worn, so a trip round the charity shops is called for. I like baggy ones with coloured hoops.

I feel the need to complain. I and Santini are excluded from this poll by a simple biological quirk that makes us slap-heads.
If I had a view, it would be that a combined left hand side/centre/right hand side parting as sported by yours truly is the absolute height of fashion.
