In a bit of a shit situation really,still employed by the club getting paid.cant be sacked as it will be unfair dismisal but if he does get sacked its not worth suing as he could be suing his future employees again

Back on topic...the situation may not be quite so shit should we get our way and the consortium succeeds. One of the Trust's provisions for the new cnsortium takeover is the reinstatement of Linda Birrell, and also of MD.
