Or look what happened to Lincoln - within an ace of going under 3 years ago, in the first season of two Trust reps on the board, they turned a massive debt into £750k profit Or look what's happened to Carlisle.... Or look at how badly Charlton have done with a Supporter Director.... No-one's claiming having fans involved in running a club is a magic wand - it doesn't suddenly usher us into a land of milk and honey where we automagically surge into our deserved place in the InterToto (Europe's answer to the LDV), but having fans involved in running the club can and does make a big difference (accurate accounts and AGMs for one thing!). But fair dos beckett you're entitled to your views and if you choose not to join the Trust, then that's your choice. But don't dismiss what we're trying to do out of hand. |
