In response to complaints that there are not enough blacks or asians on TV today, the BBC will now be showing Crimewatch twice a week.
And a further statement read: 'In an effort to appeal to more scots, we will be showing a brand new reality TV show, which will follow the trials and tribulations of scots as they cope with life south of the border. The first episode will deal with where to live; hostel, or cardboard box? Further episodes will focus on topics such as: Which Railway station in London is the best for menacing people with the cries of "Have ye got a spare ciggarette?" or, "Have ye got any change pal?"; Where to go for the best soup kitchen; Which Police station is most favoured when choosing where to be arrested for vagrancy or drunk and disorderly? and many more..
