Bought this game the other day, started off as salisbury in the good old conference south, board and fans expecting a relegation struggle. Became southamptons feeder club, and get a friendly, money and loanees. They gave me Tim Sparv, who is fucking ace. !5 games in and im currently 10th in the league, board and fans happy. Got nocked out the FA cup 5-0 by bath city though.  Im friends with dennis wise, and Jim smith thinks im a cunt  . Got offered the BIrmingham job, which was a bit strange. Turned them down though, because salisbury were paying me more. Can anyone recommend any decent players/tactics which can help me score more goals. I've only scored about 15, and my top scorer only has 5 so far. Thanks |

You using the patch or the original game data?
If you're using the original us a tactic which gets lots of crosses onto the box - overlapping full backs with a defensive minded central midfielder and a slightly (but only slightly) more attacking minded central midfielder who makes a lot of forward runs.
Haven't played since the new patch though

Thanks In the first season with Eastleigh i got promoted, and some of the players i signed were Ceri Hughes (ML OR MC) (ex cardiff player). On my game he always states that he doesnt want to join Eastliegh (but offer him 350pw and he accepts). Once he signs the contract, offer him a new contract on 200pw, and he accepts Gareth Farrely is a quality player (AMC) Hes got amazing stats, and i would probably buy him if i ever started a game with Swindon in league 2 Sean Mc Hugh (ST) Dean Holdsworth (starts off at havent and waterlooville, offer £0k for him and Havent accept). Holdswroth will state he doesnt want to join you, but offer him a good contract amd he will koin They are some of the players i sign (i sign a few more). Ive got a list of players that i usually sign when i start a new game, so i will dig it out later and post some more names. |

Started my game again as Swindon. Got promoted via the play-offs in my first season. Signed big Duncan Ferguson (again) on a free, banged in 20+ goals in the season. Second season it's mid October and I'm 11th. Done a bit of squad strengthening. Players Out: Brezovan - back to FC Brno Whalley - released Onibuje - released Roberts - Huddersfied Shakes - Partick Thistle Andy Nicholas - Livingstone Charlie Comyn-Platt - released Ashan Holgate - released Trying to get rid of Gurney and Monkhouse but no fucker wants 'em and I can't afford to pay 'em off. Players In: Philip Green (AMC) - Villa Sam Ashton (GK) - Bolton Paul Hayes (ST) - Barnsley Daniel Stratford (DR) - Fulham Sam Hird (DC) - Leeds David Duke  (DWBL) - Darlington Ben Gill (DM) - Watford Frederic Daquin (AMR) - Dunfermline Athletic Green is a wonder signing, value shot up to £1,000,000 already. Ashton is ok as back-up. Hayes has 8 in 9 games. Stratford is good quality back-up for J Smith. Hird is solid, keeping Williams out of the side. Duke broke his leg in pre-season  . Gill is AMAZING - better than Evans :shock:. Daquin is ok, doesn't score enough but is better than Shakes was. Oh, and Peacock got sent off in my last match for punching Chris Brandon in the face. I would have punched the cunt as well. |

Ok started a new game as Juventus (didnt bother finishing my demo as juve). 9 point deduction this time. 13 points clear at the beginning of april. about 90 goals scored, and as long as i dont drop more than six points in my remaining 8 games I will break the 100point barrier  Will post a screen shot when I finish the season. Oh and I left Luggy to run Swindon and he has us top currently  |

I am sure you can select a league then randomise the team. |
