I’m a bit dismayed and disappointed with the whole affair from start to finish.
What on earth was James Wills hoping to achieve with today’s statement on the official site?
Not only is it contradictory to the information released by the poor old departed Bob last week but why on earth are they washing their dirty linen quite so publicly regarding Mark Devlin?
The poor chap has is just recovering from a plane crash, finds out he is facing an internal inquiry on his return and has now been publicly accused of sending the club down the pan. There’s not one ounce of accountability from Mike Diamandis and the other board members and aside from being unprofessional it’s not really helping their cause much. I’ve got to ask what on earth they do at Dunwoody Sports marketing because there doesn’t appear to be much of the old marketing going on here.
Good to see Cliff come in to have a gander at the accounts but reading that statement it appears that it could well be a concession given Mark’s impending departure from the club.

Any one have any ideas why Cliff Puffett would suddenly rear his jead once more, I thought he's had his day. Next thing we know Ricki Hunt will be doing PR for the club!

why exactly do contracts need to be run past Diamandis??
Also, we arent aloud to come to conclusions...whatever we think it wrong and ill informed....is James really expecting us to believe him after all the lies we've had over the past fuck knows how many years
Also, Ince agreed to join us back in July, yet didnt turn up till late august/early september...what a cunt

What does sound like an absolute shambles in this whole thing, is the planning phase. It sounds like each faction had a completely different understanding of what the plan was. Frankly that is unnacceptable... One would assume that the full time employee in charge would be responsible for ensuring that everyone had a clear understanding, and there could be no debate in the future about this. All this rot about people having impressions about this and that is unbelievable. If that was my money, and my business, I wouldn't go to the press, granted. However, the accountable person would be hauled in, and given an opportunity to explain how the situation arose. If they failed to convince that this situation would be rectified, and presented a plausible plan as to how this would be achieved, then there would not really be any option remaining but to relieve them of their duties...

fatbury cliff puffett is more swindon town than most people who go to every game. If he hadnt taken the brave step to go into administration then this club wouldnt be here now. He got involved with supermarine as he lives football. Think before you speak.

Cliff Puffett would be a better person to run this club than most of the current board. didn't do a bad job last time he was in charge considering the circumstances

Good fella, but apparently he did leave us without a stadium safety officer due to cost cutting even though we legally needed one! classic stfc cost cutting again.

Most of you seem to want to see this club more forward, yet surely Cliff P is a step in the backwards direction???

Most of you seem to want to see this club more forward, yet surely Cliff P is a step in the backwards direction??? i disagree. he will probably look after us and keep us afloat for a while whilst looking to sell on to a major financial backer. much like he did with Terry Brady
