because the last time we arrested someone, or shot someone, the information was properly accurate... but yes, you are right, better safe than sorry.

agree with that, but thats not what you said - i was questioning your initial assessment that people running for packed trains deserve to get shot

Don't think he was told to stop by the police though, macca. They also said he vaulted the barrier at first, before admitting that also way untrue. It was just a fuck up. My nan thinks there was too much fuss made about the london bombings, and as someone who lived there through the blitz you have to respect her opinion really. We do get kind of hysterical about the possibility of attacks in this country, although that's not to say there won't be others.

the vaulting the barrier bit was proved to be untrue yes.but the chase happened didnt it.now i have not allways been the most law abiiding citizen but fuck me if armed police were running after me i would fuckin stop thats for sure..agree we do get hysterical over here but our generation dont know any different and the fact that it is british muslims now doing this just adds to the hysteria

There was no chase and no warning - that's the whole point, they just ran on the train and shot the guy. Which if you think you've got a genuine suicide bomber kind of makes sense - if you piss about shouting warnings, you just alarm them and give them chance to set off whatever they're carrying.
