Anyone ever tried the veggie Quorn sausages?

I bought a pack purely by mistake and while there is no comparison at all to real meat as an alternative dish they're not bad at all.

If you bung them in a toad in the hole and cover with gravy, then they're edible....just about.

I used to like venison sausages from Sainsburys, but haven't seen any for a while...or in Tesco, the fact I don't go very often to either may be the reason.

I don't think you can beat a home made beefburger though.

Pure steak mince, bit of diced onion, season with a little salt & pepper, bind with an egg and you're laughing.

One thing I can actually be bothered to cook from scratch.
