It's spelt Labour. If it's made by the BBC, then it's a public broadcast and so it must be made available publicly to the public that pay for it through license fees. At least that's how I see it.

it wasn't a bbc production, but indepedent. got a very limited release i believe.
the beeb are probably showing it as there's no glasto this year
