I guess back in the day people ate proper food as well. The point of the program was that for the people that did nothing, walking so many steps a day made them lose loads. I reckon if you did no exercise you'd be like Rick Waller or something

think the point I was trying to make before is that you're supposed to exercise daily, not once a week, although I'm not really sure what I'm on about anymore, so just ignore me
