You can't score direct from a goal kick. And you can't be offside from one either

I liked the way Wise chose to play with a more defensive side in the first half, to a more attacking side in the second. For instance, we had a strong backline in the first, but in the second it was a less experienced side, but the attacking line up was a lot stronger.
Now combine the two (the first half defence and second half attackers) and we have a very good team in the making  Cheesy

But i'd like to see more of Rodrigo. Where does he play? Seemed to play a more central midfield role, according to the team line up, but heard from a few people on 'thisis' that he's a striker......

Just got back

Phil Smith the first half keeper looked alright, didnt really have much to do to be honest.

Jack Smith looked a little out of sorts

Ifil...just seemed like Ifil

Williams looked well off the pace I thought, as did Vicent

Brown played well on the right

The trailist in central midfield looked alright, number 4 the black dude

Holgate played alongside him in the middle, lots of hussle and bussle not much else

Rodrigo, good touch, bit of skill....struggled to get past his man, good corner though

Onijibuie looked alright, goes to ground a bit to easy but worked the channels well and put in some decent crosses

Brownlie didnt really do anything

second half

Stewart looked dodgy

Wells is not a right back

Henry did ok

CCP was well out of sorts and his first three contributiones consisted of missing the ball and kicking a FGR player

Nicho started off pants till some guy in the crowd had a massive go at him and blamed him for the goal, then he did alright

Shakes looked decent, broke alot through the middle. Even but in a decent cross

Weston wanted him to see the ball more.....looked good when he had, lots of energy one good tackle after some fgr player had skinned Nicho and megged Charlie. Used the ball well, looks a very bright prospect

Pook, nothing new with him

Monkhouse, didnt really get into the game. Seemed happy to keep crossing it in first time rather than run at his man

Peacock usual peacock performance, got credited with the own goal and started cheering

Roberts bloody hell, best new signing....looked much much much much fitter, not fat at all...full of running, good link up play....even played with his back to goal and held the ball up, scored a decent goal as well....and more importantly looked really up for it

FGRs second goal was 10yards offside but the linesman was too fat and well behind play
