To be fair to him, he has got a partner and two kids, and you know better than me that's a responsibilty.  I think it's the right decision, and for Williams to be captain.  At this stage of (you would hope) his recovery, Dennis Wise is the right sort of person to instill confidence in Roberts, so I'm cautiously expecting him to have a good season.

yeah i know what you mean.i have never wanted it to work out so much for a footballer as much as i do roberts.by all accounts he has been fuckin deadly in traing.a lad i know goes to the ridgeway stables and they back onto the training ground so he watched them nearly everyday since they got back.he reckons roberts has been quality and shakes does not look like the player he watched last year(his words)
