Have been to one gig so far this year and that was to see Funeral For A Friend, in Bristol, but i havent planned to go see anyone else as of yet. Well except a few 'underground' bands i guess i.e. at the furnace.
Saying that, im going to a gig in Bath in July, but thats just like a mixture of bands playing.
Chili Peppers have a few gigs coming up, so may go see them sometime.

please for the love of god justify the use of that word

Underground bands = Unknown bands

Well they would be unknown to a lot of you on here, but known to people that go to places such as the Furnace or that like the sort of music these particular bands play Wink

None coming up. Was going to see The Foos/Strokes etc in Manchester this sunday but not now. Can't shift my fucking tickets either, even for £5.

Only gigs I have coming up are ones I'm playing. Like on Saturday at The George in Bradford-on-Avon[/plug]

i was into metal when i was still at school, still like their stuff - the first two ep's are awesome and troublegum is a great album. they're still going, still touring, still releasing albums. not heard the last two albums mind.

I know that wasn't your first gig now; but good choice still the same.

I've seen them twice and they were excellent both times.

I think I've mentioned before my second cousin is in the band Therapy?

This year I've seen

Bloc Party
DJ Yoda
Roni Size
Andy C
High Contrast about 10 times
Fingathing
Pendulum 2 or 3 times
Scratch Perverts

Probably some more I can't remember. Haven't got any planned at the moment.

Wish I'd seen them years ago; back when they first started when Richey Edwards was still around.

JDB is going to tour later this year apparantly on the back of his solo album. I'm going to go along and see that; will you bother or are you not so interested about the solo stuff?

Yes When they were trying to be the Clash and looking like girls,it would have been fantastic Smiley And during the Holy Bible time too.I was too young to be into them then though,my Dad probably wouldn't have let me go out anyway!
I think the JDB solo stuff will be good,he's got a great voice and is a guitar hero Smiley I'm not going to see him tour,i will be buying the album, out in July i think?
