I dont see how one bank can be any better than the other. Im with Lloyds. I used to be with Aliance and Leicester. They both hold onto my money for me

When I lost my card I rang them up. It took 1 minute and I got the new card the very next day. Phones >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> going to branch

yes i would agree with you. but every time i went to the branch/phoned up, i got the same answer - it should be with you in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later i was rather pissed off!
if i'd have lost my card then i would get a new one in a wekk, it's only because i wanted to upgrade it! apparently they forgot to tick an ioption on the computer system so it never worked :-))(
