One of my housemates friends (think I've met him a few times whilst pretty pissed) got ripped off on a laptop he bought of someone on ebay. Laptop came late, didn't work, and wasn't as good as it was supposed to be, the bloke wouldn't give him his money back. He managed to get all the crap off the hard drive and in a bid for revenge made a blog of sorts with the highlights. Genius stuff. Housemates said that the sun have offered the dude a grand and will cover any of his legal costs if it comes to that. Apperently it was the Amir bloke who went to the police.
I've chatted to enough people who know the bloke well (even one of his housemates) to be pretty sure the whole thing is real. Not some joke gone wrong.
