Not so sure what the issue with Ibiza is? Most clubs go away for a week in pre season, maybe longer, and often play shit teams but use the week as a chance to break the monotony and work on fitness. We are playing a team from a higher league while there, maybe 2 and it will be fucking hot, so will be a really tough week of training (certainly produce more sweat than a potentially dreary UK).
Bristol City are going to Latvia, so it could be a lot worse.
We've got several weeks to fit other games into, at home and away. I like the way people criticise things that haven't even been decided or are being worked on.
