The discipline one is what gets me too, you're spot on. Too matey with the players.
I'd give it to Reeves.

I'd give it to Reeves. then nothing would change! i think the problem is that all three coaches are in their first jobs. i'd love macari back myself

i agree. macari had tremendous discipline and achieved a great deal here but could it be repeated? would he want to come back?
he had an excellent rapport with the fans and his reappointment may well see many old fans return to the CG
Bring back Macari !!!!

Never going to happen though. Be realistic you said.
Some spastic was telling Devlin to re-sign Sam Parkin, what a fucking mong.

serious? re sign parkin? unbelievable !! u sure he wasnt actually a spastic?!
why is the idea of getting macari back unrealtistic?
isnt he unemployed at the mo? if so, wouldnt he jump at the chance of getting back into managment? he would also be free (except wages obviously) being a free agent n all

Even if we did resign Macari whose to say it would work?
It's like going on about Parkin, yes legends but that's going backwards.

i wouldnt say its going backwards, its more to do about selecting a manager whose attributes best suit the problems we face
ie. macari was and still would be a disciplinarian...which is actually what we need
and he is experienced
and why would getting macari back be unrealistic?!

winkleman is scum. blighted. i don't agree with what he's done but that doesn't detract from how he came across yesterday. i personally thank him for chatting with me. more than i got from onoura or our players.

spending a couple of minutes chatting to you doesn't detract from the fact that what he has done to wimbledon is abhorrent.
although credit to him for talking to you, he didn't have to and there are certain people at this football club who wouldn't do the same.

bringing king back would be an awful decision
it would further piss off many fans and reduce the gate even further
we need an experienced manager with lots of contacts at the top, who can work on a shoe string budget and will discipline the squad
iffy should go back to managing the little boys team
if not macari then someone like him please
