Anyone know how to turn down the base of my speakers through windows?  My mum's complaining about the vibrations!   Cheesy

Depends on what type of soundcard whether you're able to do it or not.

On your start menu select all programs and then go to accessories then entertainment. Open the volume control. There's a button in the bottom left corner (called advanced). Click that and there you go.

Of course if it's things like music you could just change the equalizer settings in windows media player or something.

In WMP go into:

>>View
>>Enhancements
>>Graphic Equiliser
