"South African Allan Donald is keen to replace departing bowling coach Troy Cooley in the England set-up...."

Sounds like one hell of a replacement, although i'm not sure how much coaching experience he has.

why? how do you know if he would have been a good coach? you have no idea. cooley showed that you don't have to be a great bowler to be a great coach

I thought you said you'd be "delighted" if Donald got the job?

i would have been pleased. i used the word delighted because i was pissed. there's no point being gutted about it when we have no idea if he's actually a good coach or not

this is just bloody great. good for england having both garaway and shine now. Both from somerset and very decent coaches!

now somerset (y the way, thats who i support) have to start again, we were building up youth, getting slowly better now back to square one.

England thugh have got 2 of the best coaches around in county cricket so, hopefully it pays off for england!
