I want to find a picture off the net or something to upload as an avatar but how do i make sure its not too big etc?

save it to your hard drive, open it in Paint and go to Image > Attributes then resize it to 120x120 pixels. Save it then go to your profile, click Browse and select it.
alternatively, choose one from our lovely gallery.

Find an image on the net, right click on it and save picture. Then use a program such as Paint Shop Pro to resize the image to exactly 120 x 120 pixels. It will then fit  |
