The sheep shaggers must have something against Louis, as they're U21's are proper shite....even losing 1-0 to San Marino back in the autumn, I'd have thought him easily good enough to get a full cap.
You'd think they might try him in a friendly, but he's not likely to get past the first choice midfield of Ramsay, Allen, Bale and Ledley.
