  NATHAN Byrne has praised the team spirit in the Swindon Town camp by branding the current squad “the tightest group” of players he’s played with over the course of his career.

to be fair team spirit looked pretty damned good after Louis's last minute winner last weekend BUT doesn't every footballer ever always trot this line out? I'm sure even under Wilson and Hart with massive dressing room cliques etc etc this great group of lads, really close, all determined to get out this mess together blah blah line was trotted out by JP, Douglas, etc. Half the squad coming from either Spurs or Brighton or coming through the STFC youth team together probably helps this season  too.
