Listening to the evidence I don't think he's got a leg to stand on

He'll be on his knees begging for the mercy of the court before long

Didn't paddy power get into a lot of trouble with an advert about him, something about increased odds if he walked from court, i know Adam Hills had a major rant about it on the last leg last week.

One thing about this story is that it's got legs and is going to run and run.

I actually watched some of the trial the other day, and its safe to say Pistorius looked extremely unstable.

I thought this was a very week defence:

Quote
Cross-examining, Mr Pistorius' defence team asked forensic expert Col Vermeulen to kneel and lift his feet, which caused him to wobble.

The defence team claimed that Mr Pistorius therefore would not have been able to balance on his stumps and break down the door using a cricket bat.

One would think that Pistorius is rather adept at balancing on his stumps by now. He's been that way for pretty much his entire life.
