I'm not musically disposed, but I know what I like. I don't coerce people into refracting their tastes into my narrow slot - and it really is a narrow band - neither do I like people to coax me into drinking from their musical schooner.
Here goes. I played this a few times at the weekend after hearing a spurt of it on the radio:

Oh, and I forgot, say why you like your choice. - I selected this song because it encapsulates what is happening to my beloved Swindon Town FC. A time of elation at the club brought to its knees through a lack of transparency and a dwindling sense of positive anticipation for the season ahead. The refrain of "What do you want from me", is applicable to messy relationships TOO, and how women can tread all over your emotions. The football club and women exerting undue influence on an unsteady soul who can't let go.
Good to hear that again. Thought that Monaco album was underrated, as were the superb Electronic. Any offspring of New Order was always worth listening to, even the recent Bad Lieutenant offering. I saw the Order recently here in Singapore and although it just ain't the same without Hooky, it was a still a good bit of nostalgia. Talking of which ...
