Help an idiot build a website

Do you need to build a website or do you just have far too much time on your hands??

This is driving me insane.

I found some cool looking dreamweaver templates and with a free day, I though I'd finally get cracking. I've gotten nowhere, I can't even create a new page from the templates I have.

Dreamweaver is over kill and will take a lot longer to learn. Plenty of decent templates for Wordpress or other CMS systems, which are far easier to setup and maintain.

Try Nvu, I think dreamweaver is a pile of shit and will over complicate things. You're much better off getting a free CSS template from the link I mention above and just using Nvu, or even Frontpage to knock something up quickly.

I've has a look for wordpress templates and found them all a bit bland.

The free dreamweaver templates look smart. The free wordpress templates look..... free.

Don't think you looked hard enough, here's a couple of links but there are plenty of decent free themes out there;

Not just about the theme, lots of cool stuff you can do quickly and easily with Wordpress compared to Dreamweaver.
