Then it's probably as I mentioned in my earlier post. The Council probably 'own' them and are unlikely to have sold them to anyone.

They would belong to the management company as it will be private land.

Interestingly over the weekend, their house number has been painted on the space, Its brrn one properly with a stencil but whoever did it didnt have a number 2 so they've turned a 5 upside down and it looks terrible.

Interestingly enough, the council said the same thing so i started googling around for property management company and one in perticular caught my eye.
I check their details on the company house website and it shows that the comany liquidated a year or so ago. The interesting bit is that the the address registered to said company is none other than that property making the claim that they own one of the visitors spots.

The plot thickens.....
