4mph apparently.  It probably would have been a bit dangerous to have something like that travelling down the motorway at 4pm in the dark, no matter how many flashing lights you have around it.

And generally you see a lot of very fast driving on the m4 late at night. Twats in audis. Bombing along at 120. Geniuses driving like that tend not to believe the signs saying obstruction ahead at 2am.
