Job Function:     To offer a first class service to all customers and visitors to the Megastore

Hours:                Required to work all home matchdays which can be evenings and weekends

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with their queries and questions, advising on merchandise and general sales
• Assisting CFC staff with general queries and enquiries.
• Processing payments through the till

Person Specification.

• Able to work all matchdays which can be evenings and weekend shifts
• Previous retail experience preferable
• Good communication skills
• Dedicated to approaching customers and offering a first class service
• Flexible and able to work every weekend
• Be willing to learn new skills as and when required
• Enjoy working as part of a team as well as being able to work alone
• Proven use of initiative
• Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and good humour
