ahhhh from relegation battlers....to promotion chasers in a couple of short weeks...this is why i love being a fan, getting hyped up for the season then slowly lose faith until thers a chance for playoffs...then usually ending up dissapointed but looking forward 2 next season...!!

stop whining for once Its a serious question, we have at least two people who can already play left back..... Two seasons ago Nicho was solid, last season he was rushed back from injury too quickly....does he need to be replaced?

I think King wants to sign a natural left back, Jack Smith is right-footed, he can play left back but may be better on the right and he can also be played in midfield.
Other than I think we now need one strong midfielder - someone like Paul Smith and and one central defender and the squad would look very good.

I think all of us must remember that it was the departure of players such as Smith and Parkin that has made this optimism possible, had no-one left we would almost certainly started this coming season with the same squad as last season and would be looking at another mid-table obscurity finish. Could it be possible that the departure of these players has been a good thing for the club?

I wish that were true, after the news about Whalley stalling on signing with us and talking to Grimsby, looks like he will sign for them tomorrow now.
