Torquay manager Paul Buckle is now claiming that we made a double bid on deadline day.  The other player involved was Billy Kee who took Benyon's place up front for them on Saturday.  They turned down our bid for Kee.

Where did you see that? From the little I've seen of him, reminds me a little of Gasgoine, both in build and play. Could be a useful player in the future.

Saw it in the on-line edition of their local paper, Herald Express.

He's good  for Aldershot on Fifa 10 Smiley Smiley That's my knowledge of him exhaused!

Interesting that we were trying to buy a ready made forward line though!

Understandable they were reluctant to let him go, he's a Kee player for them.
