That Leon Clarke and Paolo Di Canio could get there heads together and sort out there differences...time can be a good healer and surely it would benefit both parties,he is on good money here and others may not be able to match it and his goals could be a good help to us.
So its obvious we all have our views on his departure(rightly/wrongly) but do you feel there is a chance......or is he history.

Nice thought .... But he's history at this club.

Real shame though, as given a real chance he would have bagged a hatful!

Never say never I suppose (see Tevez) , but I predict I'm ahead of Clarke in PDC's pecking order.

Clarke wanted out before the incident - even if PDC wanted him back I doubt he would have changed his mind. Must have hated it here to ask to leave after a couple of weeks.

He's only banging them because he's playing for his career, his future and a move away from here because he knows he'll rot here otherwise.

Sell him or release him - the minute he gets a 2 year contract else where he'll go a bit Jon-Paul McGorvern

I was actually thinking the same thing myself yesterday.  But, then I thought...

  • He's a loose canon.
  • It won't last.
  • Why upset the good team spirit that has developed since he left?
  • Having proved himself in League 1, there's not a chance in hell that he'll want to drop to League 2 anyway.

And I'd have to agree with him on the last point.

Its better for everyone if he never comes back.

We could always try supporting the players who are at the club?
