Sadly died.....i have read Jimmy Greaves say Smith was the best player he had played with.
Would have been an even bigger name if Greaves wasn't so prolific......13 in 15 for England wasn't to shabby either.

RIP.

I just about remember Bobby Smith, particularly from a game played between England and a Rest of the World side to celebrate 100 years of the FA in 63.

England won 2-1 and Smith was awesome.

The RoW side wasn't too shabby.
