Rose seems to be the new hate figure at the club, people seem to have made there mind up.  Personally at Hartlepool I thought Rose had his best display for the club and was not at fault on either goal, he looked alot more solid and disciplined.

For those that say why don't we give our young centre halfs more time, the reason is because you can't afford to give a struggling defence time as it will cost you point after point.  If strikers are struggling and you have a good defence you will still get clean sheets and still grind out points, defence is the key position in a football team IMO.

It's not an attack on JFL to state that something is wrong with the defence, we have conceded 6 in 3 games, thats not good enough.  Its not rocket science to see that although both JFL and Cuthbert are good as individuals they do not work well as a partnership, there is no understanding, there is not enough chat and there heads drop too easily.

We need an experienced head there to talk them through a game, to pick them up when they are struggling, to cover them when they make mistakes and just someone to bring some stability and solidness to centre half.  The only debate to be had is who should be dropped JFL or Scotty and based on this season alone thats a lot harder decision that it was last season, largely due to JFL's solid start to the season and Scotty's shaky start to the season.
