Cheapest parking at Gatwick is Meteor, meet and greet.
Excellent service and no hassle with getting the stampede buses, I pay approx £70 for two weeks.

Just a thought...what about leaving the car off street near one of the local stations on the North Downs Line?  There are bound to be loads of side streets around stations between Guildford and Gatwick (Shalford, Chilworth, Gomshall?) where you could leave your car.  So long as you're comfortable with the security aspect, parking would cost £0 and the cheap train ride would take you direct to the terminal.
