Yep.  Early 90's his Jazzmatazz album was on high rotation in the cassette player of my maestro.  Very sad.  43 is no age at all.

I didn't realise that Guru and Premier loathed eachother. The Huffington Post said that before he died Guru insisted that Premier had nothing to do with his funeral, tributes et al.
