No I'm not but I'm an admirer of his. He played for The Blades before his move to Newcastle, he should never have been sold from us in my opinion

I remember Tudor scoring late for Coventry in 68, at Highfield Road in the LC, we were 2-0 up going into the final 5 when Tudor and Tony Hateley struck. I was staying in a Youth Hostel in North Wales and trying to find out the score was about as difficult, as the soon to be first landing on the moon.
Good job it wasn't straight to pens back then, otherwise would have missed the 3-0 replay win at the CG.
I remain puzzled by the former Croatia and Juve player....Igor Tudor. Just why did he share the same surname as John?

Maybe the g in Igor should have been a v.

The Welshness would be acceptable.....then his coracle might have drifted to the Dalmatian coast.

Leefer.... Just one of the many "great " games of that time to savour. Swindon were a club that created excitement with wonderful "Roy of the rovers" type players who either you knew or others locally went to school with.. Possibly the most charged game was at the Hawthornes when the Town beat Burnley in the semi final of the League cup...and then on to Wembley However, the next year losing to the Pox at the Manor in the same competion...I could really not understand how "my" team could actually lose against that scum..!!! Happy days.....

I was at the game, Saturday 11th October 1969 - Swindon 2 v 1 Sheffield United - Division 2 In my humble opinion this was the best Swindon Town side ever.

Living where I have since the early 80's (12 miles from Oxf, 25 miles from Sw), that is one fact that seems to have escaped the yellow vermin around here. You can imagine the day-to-day banter/abuse that I've had for a long time & this is the one fact that has never ever surfaced, & I'm not going to volunteer it. Without question, if they knew it would be "We knocked you - as holders - out the next season, but you didn't do it to us." They're generally an uneducated bunch (smell the irony) about football.
