I can only sleep on my side facing outwards from the bed How are you ment to sleep on your side facing inwards then??  I sleep on my side or front, but on my front i kind of cross my hands over and have them on my heart, bit weird but well comfy :? |

I slept about 16 hours yesterday, generally on my back or on my side facing inwards.
I fell asleep on the sofa on monday after going out it was only about half 3, I don't know why I was tired so early.
