Twenty years ago I would be naive enough to think he was just sounding off. Now I am not so sure, particularly with some experiences I know of.
But if he is not telling the truth, the Police should have the admission on tape & should he not have a copy ?

That is a bit of annoying read, with him making ridiculous claims like "the guy's related to a paedo" and "my Dad was in the SAS" which prove nothing, but if he is telling the truth he's right to be pissed off and should have his case heard.
