 Takes me back to the days of Lou Macari...they used to train on the CG extension. Pre-season, Steve Foley always used to end up doing laps around the perimeter, which is a fair distance, dressed in a plastic thing, a bit like what wraps around baby's nappies.

 Stigger obviously spent his hols on the lash, jumped on the scales, and Macari sent him out to sweat it off.. nobody else seemed to have the problem.
