She obviously didn't offer much to the company. If she was a valuable employee then they wouldn't have paid any notice to it.

I got the impression that it was a bit of an excuse because she wasn't very good at her job. Still not on though.

Surely most company's would have you under a probation period if you'd only been there 3 weeks? Couldn't they just have told her it's not working out.

work is boring love get used to it - especially if you wanna leave school at 16 and sit in an office for the rest of your life??

Its a bit harsh but I like Sam said sounds like they may not have been happy with her and were looking for an excuse to get rid
