Ebay is turning into a joke - My boyfriend brought something a couple of weeks ago and paid straight away - It took ages to arrive - He Emailed the guy several times but got no response - when the item finally did turn up my boyfriend left neutral feedback - to which we recieved a message on our home phone from the seller calling us C U next Tuesdays and threatening us with court action etc!! My Boyfriend reported them to Ebay and played them the message they asked us to report it to the police which we did but they have done NOTHING about it and the guy is still trading

Emergency services: Hello Emergency Services, what's your emergency? JFW: Oh hello, is this 999? ES: Yes this is 999, the emergency services, what's your emergency? JFW: Someone from ebay phoned me up and called me the naughty word for minnie! ES: Minnie? JFW: Yeah. ES: So your emergency is that you were called a minnie by someone from ebay? JFW: Nooooo, they called us the c u next tuesday word. ES: Is this really an emergency? JFW: I think it might be. I'm too upset to play granny's garden or fantasise about a MFF threesome with Jodie Marsh and flammableBen. ES: I suggest you take this matter up with your local police station. JFW: A threesome? ES: No the abusive phone call! JFW: Where's my local station? ES: Where do you live? JFW: Calne, innnert!!! ES: *Hangs up phone abruptly*

Actually if I may be so course to crash this thread I have agreed to help my lady friend to evolve her eBay business (high volume/low mark-up) onto a "proper-job" fully fledged eCommerce site.
Does anyone have any recommended end-to-end solutions that are fairly simple to use with a full integrated back office?
I’ve had a tiddles at a few of the complete solutions and to be honest a lot of them are clunky and not much more than shitty looking clunky HTML templates that I could rustle up myself.

Paypal have today e-mailed me a survey to complete on my perception of the case against me and how I thought they handled it. Though i didn't swear at them, I didn't mince my words, either.
