Just google the album name and save the image into the same folder the music is in.

I have saved it as a .bmp file, is that wrong?

"The Stone Roses" cover is all wrong and I am annoyed.

You can assign the artwork to a song/album in itunes but usually just having it as a picture in the album folder works. iTunes also has a artwork facility where it'll add the artwork for some albums but this doesn't seem to work for that much at present.

I can only think of 3 situations where you'd get round to something like sorting out album covers for your ipod music collection:

1) You're avoiding something else which needs doing, it's probably best to just get on with the other thing.

2) You've got ipod OCD, in which case it's probably healthier to try and live with a messy ipod.

3) You really don't have anything better to do. You should probably be able to find something better to do. Read a book or watch the telly or something.

So in conclusion, it's one of those jobs you should never ever get around to doing.

I should be a psychotherapist me. But only because having a job title which spells out Psycho-The-Rapist would be fucking awesome.
