TBH, the main reason I don't bother with TEF is the swearing. I am no prude but the kids often come and look over my shoulder at what is being discussed on the Thisis site - they are all season ticket holders after all and are interested. As they are only 9, 7 and 6 they can do without the bad language.
I can understand that with the kids looking over your shoulder and that. But for us adults the word cunt has become a term of endearment on the TEF. |

I hate the word cunt, ... honestly it really is a no no word as far as I'm concerned. Fucker, Pillock, Wanker is exceptable, but don't use the C word, it is not nice. |

I think that if everybody used these words all the time then they'd lose their offensive aura. Then people would have to either be more imaginitive or just be nicer to each other. Good times all round. |
